What is wrong with my leg?

So last night i went sledding, i went up a ramp and my friend was behind me ( GOD KNOWS WHY) but anyways i landed standingup with my leg on a slant kind of and my friend landed smack dab on my skanted leg, 230 poounds, anyways so after this i have a SHARP! pain left of my kneww on my right lef towards my leg by the joint kind of, it hurts to bend, but i can walk, kinda, im limping, waht did i do to my leg does anyone know, it popped once last night, and it was in huge pain this morning, but after i limped around for a few hours it didnt hurt so bad
