I live in the UK, do the council have an obligation to provide me with housing?

hi try goin to cab for advice.i would go to a solictor and get them to write a letter to your hubby and ask him to leave the home because u have kids he should go and still pay mortage.exs have to keep a roof over the children head.then ask slolictor if u u could have a order from court to stop him coming round to the home to harress u and the kids.have u been to the police they could put u in shelter because of your hubby being voilet towards u.i would change your number to.its scares kids seeing violence.good luck i hope that helps
