Why do people get mad when other cultures eat dog? or any animal theyre not used to eating?

I wouldnt have dog because im too attached to dogs but I did have camel, iguana, alligator and even tarantula when I got the chance, theyre animals just like cows, and most are raised more healthily than cows, so,....why not?
