What happens if I am doing a 24 hour urine test for cortisol and I...?

What happens if I am doing a 24 hour urine test to test for cortisol and I accidentally pee in the jug the first morning? My doc said that I need to pee in toilet for morning pee and then in jug the rest of the day and once the next morning...but what if I accidentally peed in their the first morning? will my cortisol test too high? Or will it really not make a difference? do I need to start over?
