Walking dogs....?

I have to feel very sorry for your neighbors dog, not only is it going to miss out on essential excersize but it is going to become a very lonely and unsociable dog. I would imagine your neighbor has bought the dog purely as a guard dog as I can see no other reason for him getting a dog, he obviously has no desire to interact with the animal and has a very negative attitude towards the dog.....Dogs are naturally fun loving and affectionate animals, they need attention and they will be very loyal if cared for properly and that entails walking them regularly and playing with them (throwing a ball or Frisbee) they also need to meet other dogs in order to learn how to interact with them (without scrapping) and this also applies to meeting people and knowing what behavior is acceptable.....Sounds like your neighbor needs a few lessons himself.....
