Sorry for being to blunt but... A question about Pre!?

If you get pre in your mouth during , and a few minutes later use you saliva as Lubricant.... can that get you pregnant? We used a condom... I was on BC but my mail order pharmacy was late so im not on it FOR NOW!!! I forget about watching that kind of stuff bc i have been on BC for soo long.... THANKS!!!
