No; you can call T-Mobile and get them to supply you an unlock code, but we don't have her personal code. You may actually have to try a bad code enough times that it locks the phone and demands a PUK code; the PUK code is what T-Mobile CAN give you. Call 1-800-937-8997 and ask for General Care.
