Please help me i'm feeling somewhat desperate??!!!?!?

take it easy. got an ibupofren 400 mg. it�s an antiinflamatory. Probably You have some muscle tendonitis. Then You can go tomorrow if you arent better with a general Internist, But only ibupofren , or Advil is the same. It�s not aspirin or Tylenol or paracetamol. Those are quite diferent medicine.
