Ask to switch to vvyanse I haven't had ANY problems with it. No tolerance isusses. But sob is prolly because those pill are speed. It's just because your lungs are moving faster due to the amphetamines in the pills just count your breaths and inhale exhale. And try to breath out your mouth. Hope it helps
