I'm a total boredom eater. I had nothing to do this weekend, so i went grocery shopping, got home, sliced up the watermelon (smaller seedless melon) into big chunks and put it in a container. thought out the day instead of eating junk food, i just sat and ate the watermelon. which resulted in it being gone in 2 days. I was peeing a lot though (almost clear pee) so that means my kidneys are good, right?
