I KNOW NOTHING ABOUT MAKE UP....PLZ HELP !!?

OK...so my mom ped wen i was really young and i never was tought about make up...but now that i wanna wear it and look beautifull in it.but i dont know how to use it....like wuts concelor,eyeshadow primer,foundation,powder etc...when do i use them,what are they for,are they expensive? am i supose to put it all on at once? will i break out?....plz help me with this and im open to all and any tips to help me...i really wanna learn all anyone can teach me about makeup..thx..
