How can I find out if I have an inheritance?

In Delaware, you can check at the Registrar of Wills, and they can see if there is a will on record. There are also times that a person adds the names of heirs to real estate, but does not tell the recipient. You can check the Recorder of Deeds for that. (I am former Recorder of Deeds.)
