Cameron's 'calm down dear' comments?

During PMQ, did you find his comment obnoxious and condescending as I did. I find his behaviour to the female member of Parliament disgusting. A year ago he said it should stop, the childish bully boy tactics the mob in Parliament use but here he is doing it again. Where was the Speaker, why did he let cameron speak to an female elected member of Parliament like that.
