Where can I meet a good guy?

I work a lot and I love my job, but they men I work with are a lot older then me. On average 15 years. I want to meet someone who is caring and has morales, not the type of guys who just want to ****. I'm not into clubs or the bar scean, because I don't really drink, maybe one if that. Where do you meet guys when you are really busy, I've tyied the online thing and that really dosen't work. I tryied college cles and most of them are not my type. What can I do?
