Now what am I having?

Ok, I went for my Ob appt on thursday and he did a pelvic exam. I am 70 % effaced and my baby boy is engaged and ready. No dialation. I had been having back pains since the day before and i hadnt had any back pain my entire pregnancy. Well, after my exam, i began cramping. As the night went on, they got more intense but not regular. The nurse hotline said it sounded like early labor and to lay down and hydrate myself. The contractions continued but never got regular. THe next morning (Friday) I awoke to nothing. The back pain was still there but not as severe. Well, yesterday (saturday) I had the urge to clean like crazy. I cleaned out my vehicle, did all my laundry, swept and mopped my floors, did up my dishes, stripped my bed and washed the comforters and all. I was a whiz. I laid down and slept decent last night. I awoke this morning fine. But, about a half hour ago, I began feeling what appears to be severe gas pains. I am a little nausious too. What is going on?
