Ammo restriction bill AB 962!!! Did it P?

I do not know when this bill was going to clear by Arnold in California! I want to know when it officially goes through and if he vetoed it or not! Can anyone give me more information about this? I did call several times to ask him to veto this bill! Thank you everyone that helped!
