Watched horror movies..now can't eat?

Okay so I just had a movie marathon at Brielle's house with Sienna and Justin and forget it you don't know them. Also we did the same thing yesterday. Anyways we watched one of the Saws, Simon Says, A Nightmare on Elm Street (original), The Crazies, and The Hills Have Eyes. SO..im not scared or anything but for the whole day I could only drink. Everytime I went to eat I thought of one of the gory scenes and then lose me appetite HELP! and I can't tell my parents they told me not to watch the movies....I'm hungry but cant bring myself to eat!
