What does it take to become successful in life? Many may think to become successful you need to be have the drive, ambition, hard work, dedication and education. Malcolm Gladwell, in his book Outliers: "The Trouble with Geniuses, Part 2" and "The Ethnic Theory of Plane crashes," claims that to become successful professionally it depends on your family background and culture. In the following paragraphs I will be explaining in Gladwells claims in Chapter 4 the trouble with geniuses, part 2 and chapter 7 The ethnic theory of plane crashes and be evaluating his use of evidence for each chapter.
