Is my dad abuseing me?

iv had stuff in my back pack i dont want him to see like my homework and my private stuff like me notes when ever i get home he goes threw my stuff and ill say dont look in it hel try to ill push him away and normal he left it at thta to day he grabed me by the neck used his legs to make me fall and then whent threw my bag took out my sisors and said they where ilagle leanth and i got pritty cut up then i was on the phone and he jumped on me thew me by the neck becasue he wanted to get on the phone one time i was on the computer and he kicked down the door and threw me for locking it iv been pritty cut up since hes got more aggrisive is this illage and could i call the plioce and dose he have the right to do these thing's i am 13 and a boy
