Five different dates of birth, five Social Security numbers and 35 aliases? Where's the fence?

I'm sure there are lots more just like him that haven't been stopped yet. Even when they get caught, nothing much seems to happen to them or if they do get deported or jail time, they just pick up where they left off when they return or get out of jail. I agree, "Where's the fence?"
